In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various systems to support operational efficiency and data integrity. Your energetic approach and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all information is entered correctly and maintained with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's success by supporting administrative functions with speed, accuracy, and enthusiasm. Duties Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with high accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update records through data collection, filing, and organizing digital files Perform data entry tasks such as order entry, transcription, and data verification to ensure consistency and correctness Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, manage spreadsheets, and analyze data sets for reporting purposes Support clerical functions including filing documents, organizing records, and managing office supplies Assist in generating reports by compiling data using computer skills and basic math calculations Ensure all data is entered in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality and security standards Requirements Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles with strong office experience Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) including pivot tables Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Basic math skills for data validation and calculations Experience with data collection, filing systems, and order entry processes Good computer skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new software or tools as needed Looking to hire someone with exceptional Computer skills.
