TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY WORKER

Even in a temporary capacity, you'll be a valued part of our team. About the Role We're bringing on temporary Data Entry Workers to support a focused CRM cleanup initiative. You'll be cross-referencing customer account data between our CRM, QuickBooks, and Compliance Publishing to identify and resolve discrepancies — helping ensure our records are accurate, complete, and reliable. What You'll Do Cross-reference and reconcile customer account data across the CRM, QuickBooks, and Compliance Publishing systems Identify and flag data discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information for review Enter, update, and clean up records with a high degree of accuracy Follow established data standards and workflows to ensure consistency Communicate clearly with your supervisor about progress, blockers, or questions Complete assigned data cleanup tasks within the project timeline What You Bring Strong attention to detail — accuracy is everything in this role Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) Comfortable working with multiple systems simultaneously Ability to manage repetitive tasks with focus and consistency Good communication skills and a willingness to ask questions Prior experience with data entry, administrative work, or back-office support preferred QuickBooks experience is a plus — but not requiredAssignment Details Duration:
Approximately 1 month (temporary) with the opportunity to move into a permanent role on the teamSchedule:
