Dental Laboratory - Shipping & Data Entry Specialist

Position Summary We are seeking a Shipping & Data Entry Specialist to support daily laboratory operations through case intake, tracking, shipping, and digital case processing. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who can manage deadlines while working closely with production, scheduling, and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Receive and disinfect incoming cases from dental clients Track outgoing cases to ensure shipments meet requested due dates Prepare outgoing shipments for in-house delivery drivers and UPS pickup Organize and monitor delivery driver schedules and routes Maintain accurate logs for case tracking and shipping activity Monitor and maintain shipping supply inventory Communicate with production teams and schedulers regarding case status Scan fixed cases using 3Shape Enter digital and analog cases into the 3Shape system Create screw bag kits for implant cases Accurately identify implant brands and enter correct data into cases.

Qualifications Experience:

Dental laboratory experience preferred Familiarity with dental terminology, lab products, and workflows strongly preferred Experience with removable, fixed or implant cases is a plus Skills & Abilities Proficiency with 3Shpe, including scanning and case data entry Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work to deadlines in a production environment Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable learning new workflows and technologies Why Join Inter-Chrome?
