Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process 200-250 invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency to support Accounts Payable operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform data entry and maintain organized records.
- Scan and record documents to ensure proper digital archiving.
- Verify and code invoices to align with company standards and procedures.
- Ensure all numeric and alphanumeric data is entered correctly and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues during invoice processing.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Perform periodic reviews of entered data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
