Data Entry/Sort Clerk * Long Term Temporary

Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker/Data Entry Specialist to join our Kent, WA Operations team. • This is not a seasonal role ; this is a long-term temporary assignment to support our client project. This position is a temporary assignment with the potential to transition into a regular role based on business need and performance. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving fast-paced, high-volume data accuracy while supporting the essential logistical and records management needs of our clients. What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Process and manage client records by precisely sorting, categorizing files, and creating labels to maintain an organized inventory system. Input a large volume of data by continuously keying in record numbers with high 10-key proficiency , meeting daily production goals of typically 120 to 150 files per hour. Ensure compliance with operational standards, meticulous attention to detail, and strict deadlines during all phases of records handling and data entry. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated 10-key proficiency and experience with the proven ability to accurately input a large volume of data into the system at a fast pace. Strong reading, writing, and communication skills in English to understand detailed instructions and communicate effectively within the team. Proven ability to meet production goals and perform physical tasks required for the role in a dynamic warehouse setting. The physical capability to stand for several hours, constantly lift boxes weighing 30-40 pounds, and occasionally lift boxes up to 80-90 pounds. Rate:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Location:

Onsite at our facility: 9826 Russell Road South, Kent, Washington.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Note on
