Data Entry Specialist#26-06044 Ta, WA Onsite Contract Starts 6/08/2026 Ends 11/20/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Ta, WA. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour This role involves pulling data from various internal applications and entering the information into a designated document. The ideal candidate will also perform quality verification on various documents to ensure internal data accuracy. This is a full-time position requiring amitment of 38-40 hours per week w attendance is critically important.

Responsibilities:

Locate data within internal software applications and gather it into a centralized document Perform quality verification on data within internal applications and on data that has already been pulled Ensure all housed data is accurate based on data research Follow established corporate and department policies and procedures Cross-train in other functional areas to maintain coverage in critical department functions, such as keying, reassociation, and data entry Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and follow instructions Flexible, able to work additional hours as needed Effectively cope with change, work well under pressure, and handle stress Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal partners Meet production and accuracy standards within 90 days ofpletion of training Works independently within scope of job function Strong time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented production environment Detail-oriented,mitted to work, and able to prioritize effectively Desired skills: Prior lockbox, data entry specialist, data collection or equivalent experience Efficient Excel experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
