Role:
As a Data Entry Technician at Skilled Nursing Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of data critical to our operations. Join our dedicated team in Vancouver, WA, and contribute to enhancing the quality of care we provide to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update patient and medication data in our pharmacy management system. Verify and validate data to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Assist in maintaining organized records and documentation for audits and reporting. Collaborate with pharmacy staff to resolve data discrepancies and improve processes. Monitor and track data entry performance metrics for continuous improvement. Provide support in preparing reports and summaries as needed. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacy management software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
