Responsibilities Enter data into multiple databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and office software with accuracy and efficiency Manage large volumes of data entry tasks, including order entry, data collection, and transcription activities Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing information and performing basic math checks when necessary Generate reports using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to support analysis and reporting needs Assist with clerical duties such as filing, document scanning, and data sorting to streamline office operations Support administrative tasks by managing data entry workflows, ensuring timely updates and data integrity Requirements Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative support in an office environment Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and using formulas Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and order entry processes Basic math skills for verifying calculations and data validation Experience with transcription, filing, and organizing large datasets efficiently Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Previous office experience involving data collection or record management is preferred Join us as a Data Entry Specialist to play a vital role in maintaining precise records that drive our success.
