This position is critical in helping manage service work orders, technician scheduling, invoicing, customer follow-up, and keeping operations running smoothly. Construction or service industry experience is preferred. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and update customer information in Housecall Pro Schedule and dispatch technicians Enter work orders, invoices, and job details Communicate with customers regarding appointments and follow-ups Assist with accounts receivable and invoice tracking Upload photos, documents, and job notes Coordinate with office staff, field employees, and management Maintain organized and accurate records Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Experience with Housecall Pro preferred Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Experience in construction, drywall, service, or trades industry preferred Reliable attendance and professional attitude Microsoft Office and general office software experience Benefits Competitive pay Growth opportunities Paid holidays Supportive team environment Long-term opportunity with growing company Preferred Experience Dispatching or scheduling: 1 year, will train Administrative/data entry experience: 1 year, will train Customer service experience: 1 year.
