Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30
PM Pay Rate:
$20.67 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with reconciliation processes and support financial record accuracy Provide general office and accounting assistance Support front office operations and administrative functions Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports Communicate effectively with team members and departments Assist with additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Strong Excel skills required Basic accounting knowledge required Ability to reconcile data and understand financial workflows Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Must be a team player with a positive attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
