Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join the team at our West Virginia location. This role is responsible for handling high-volume data entry and administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy, organization, and efficiency. The Data Entry Clerk will support onboarding processes, maintain accurate records in our CRM, and assist with preparing reports and contracts. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and data-driven administrative tasks with speed and accuracy. Assist with bulk onboarding of new agents. Send contracting links and upload documents into the CRM system. Export reports, statements, and contracts from portals. Prepare and format Excel spreadsheets (training provided on Ablebits). Create and update profiles, contracts, and related documentation.
Programs and Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Strong typing speed and accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong time management, concentration, and organizational skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work independently. CRM experience and data verification/cleaning experience preferred.
