Responsibilities:
Enter numeric and text-based information into company systems with a high degree of speed and accuracy
Review source documents for completeness and correct formatting before inputting records
Maintain organized electronic files and update existing records as new information becomes available
Verify entered data by cross-checking entries against original documents and internal references
Support routine administrative tasks related to recordkeeping and document management
Identify discrepancies in submitted information and escalate issues for correction when needed
