The Intake Specialist is responsible for: maintaining the waiting list for program applicants; scheduling applicant appointments; conducting interviews to determine eligibility; scheduling briefings and issuing vouchers; running criminal background checks for new clients; making and sending copies of contracts and leases to landlords and tenants; plus other duties as assigned within the position's scope of work. Must be willing to work on-site at various PBV housing locations 2-3 days per week. Must be able to work with a diverse population. Excellent computer skills and strong customer service are a plus.
