As a Call Sales Representative with Catalytic Health Partners you will be working by phone to outreach to qualified members offering enrollment into our unique healthcare services. These services are free to them and help address their social, behavioral and physical needs. We're a unique healthcare company that looks at the whole picture of a person's health. We take care of our members' medical, mental, and social needs.
Our approach is hands-on:
we visit members at their homes, combine personal care with high-tech solutions, and create health plans that really make a difference in their lives. Work Schedule This position is an in-office position at the Catalytic Health Partners office at the address of 3050 W. Agua Fria Freeway, Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85027. The shift is 8am-5pm. This role is typically Monday - Friday. Weekend Flexibility We are looking for someone who understands there is flexibility needed to ensure goals are met and all providers' regions have a full population. This flexibility may require weekend availability on an as needed basis or an adjustment of hours to ensure all members are able to be reached. What You Can Expect from

What We'll Expect from You and What You'll be
Doing:
Spending your day in our office, outreaching to members via phone to explain our services and schedule them with our providers. Clearly explaining the benefits of our program and how it caters to their unique healthcare needs. Gaining patient trust and consent for the program, ensuring they feel cared for and understood. Arranging the patient's first meeting with a team member. Regularly updating medical records and coordinating with the healthcare team for seamless patient care. Taking on additional responsibilities as required for effective patient support.
Requirements:
Legally authorized to work in the US. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a customer service environment is a plus. One year or more of experience in a sales environment is preferred (but not required). Strong skills in organization, time management, and adaptability to change. Excellent communication skills, both in explaining complex information and in actively listening to patient needs. Empathy and teamwork skills are highly valued.
