Olympus Business Partners is adding a full-time Member Enrollment Assistant in the Bakersfield area to support a campaign focused on expanding access to cellular connectivity. As a Member Enrollment Assistant, you'll work directly with local homeowners, helping them qualify for services and complete the enrollment process with clarity and confidence. This Member Enrollment Assistant role is built around one core objective: making wireless connectivity more accessible while driving consistent sales results through direct, in-person interaction. What the Member Enrollment Assistant role involves: Speak directly with homeowners to introduce available wireless programs and explain how they improve day-to-day connectivity Ask targeted questions to determine eligibility and match customers with the right service options Break down plan details, device options, and pricing in a way that keeps the sales process simple and easy to follow Guide each customer through enrollment from start to finish, ensuring accuracy across every step Handle application details, documentation, and account setup to support successful activations Track daily enrollments and customer responses to stay aligned with sales expectations Work alongside other Member Enrollment Assistant team members to maintain steady outreach and consistent sales performance What this Member Enrollment Assistant opportunity offers: Entry level training from the ground up in sales and enrollment processes Direct mentorship from experienced leadership within the telecommunications space Performance-based pay structure with uncapped commission bonuses Local travel opportunities to support market research and campaign growth Annual company retreat for top performers (this year: Cancun!) 401(k) eligibility for full-time team members Requirements for the
Member Enrollment Assistant:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus Ability to manage conversations and guide customers through multi-step enrollment processes Organized approach to handling applications, details, and follow-ups Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment This Member Enrollment Assistant role keeps you in the middle of the process - speaking with customers, guiding decisions, and turning conversations into completed enrollments.
