Locally owned and operated since 2014, our mission is to positively impact children's lives through soccer by building character, confidence, and life skills. Position Overview Soccer Shots Sacramento is seeking a Customer Success & Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for families and plays a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience. You will assist parents with registrations, answer questions, resolve concerns, communicate program information, and help families find the right Soccer Shots experience for their child. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and building relationships with families. A successful team member responds promptly to parent inquiries, takes ownership of challenges, helps families navigate enrollment decisions, and creates positive experiences for every family interaction. This is an office based position that works closely with families, schools, and team members through phone, email, and administrative support. Work Location This position is based in our Citrus Heights, CA office and is not a remote position . Responsibilities Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and caregivers Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional, and friendly manner Assist families with registrations, transfers, make ups, account updates, and general program questions Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions oriented mindset Enrollment Support Help prospective families identify the best Soccer Shots program for their child Assist families with registration, transfers, waitlists, and enrollment questions Follow up with prospective families who have expressed interest in Soccer Shots programs Communicate program availability, season launches, and registration deadlines to families Administrative Support Maintain accurate customer records within company systems Process registration updates, transfers, withdrawals, and account changes Prepare and distribute parent communications and seasonal announcements Support seasonal program launches by helping ensure schedules, registrations, and communications are accurate Identify recurring parent questions or operational challenges and recommend improvements Team Support Assist with occasional Saturday events, registration support, and promotional activities Collaborate with coaches, coordinators, and leadership team members to ensure families receive exceptional service Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team oriented culture Qualifications Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and building rapport through conversation Proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT) and other technology platforms to improve productivity, communication quality, organization, and problem solving Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations Teachable with a growth mindset Preferred Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, office administration, education administration, customer success, or related fields Experience working with families and children Our Core Values We Care We Own It We Are Stronger Together Compensation $21 to $23 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule Approximately 25 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Up to two Saturday mornings per month during active program seasons Additional hours may occasionally be required during peak registration periods, seasonal launches, and special events Benefits California Paid Sick Leave 401(k) eligibility after 1,000 hours worked in accordance with plan requirements Office closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving (Wednesday through Friday) Christmas and New Year's Break (approximately 9 days) Presidents' Day Physical Requirements Primarily office-based work environment Extended periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Ability to use standard office equipment Equal Opportunity Employer Soccer Shots is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
