Through collaboration, innovation, and attention to detail, Enrollment Services helps ensure students receive timely, accurate, and engaging information that supports their transition to SPU. What We Need Seattle Pacific University is seeking an Enrollment Services Coordinator to support recruitment communications, enrollment operations, and data integrity efforts across Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions. This role combines strong organizational skills, operational accuracy, creativity, and collaboration to ensure prospective students receive timely and engaging communication throughout the enrollment process. The Enrollment Services Coordinator oversees print and mail communications, supports CRM and student information system processes, coordinates key enrollment projects, and supervises student workers who support Enrollment Services operations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and energized by working behind the scenes to create smooth systems, strong communication experiences, and operational excellence in support of enrollment goals. This is an on-campus position based in Seattle, WA on the campus of Seattle Pacific University. What You'll Do Recruitment Communications & Print Management Coordinate and oversee print and mail communications supporting undergraduate and graduate recruitment efforts Ensure timely, accurate delivery of recruitment-related mailings and communication materials Manage inventory of print materials, including brochures, flyers, envelopes, letterhead, mail house publications, and promotional items Maintain organized inventory tracking for materials stored on and off campus Assist with writing, proofreading, and updating print and web communication content in collaboration with Admissions and University Communications partners CRM, Data Integrity & Enrollment Operations Coordinate and monitor data transfers between Slate CRM and Banner to support accurate student records and downstream operational processes Maintain mailing lists, communication data, and enrollment records within the Admissions CRM Conduct enrollment-related audits and assist in maintaining accurate and timely student information across systems Support data integrity and operational efficiency through careful attention to detail and process consistency Project Coordination & Cross-Campus Collaboration Coordinate scheduling and logistics for the annual Fine and Performing Arts Scholarship Audition process in collaboration with campus partners Work collaboratively with Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, University Communications, Mailing Services, Enrollment Operations, Student Financial Services, and academic departments to support enrollment campaigns and communication efforts Help ensure enrollment communication campaigns run smoothly and efficiently across systems and teams Student Worker Supervision & Team Support Supervise student workers supporting Enrollment Services, including hiring, training, scheduling, task management, and performance expectations Foster a supportive, professional, and collaborative work environment for student employees Participate as an active and collaborative member of the Enrollment Management and Marketing team, contributing creativity, innovation, and operational support What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations, communications, enrollment, marketing, administration, data management, or related work Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in or experience with marketing, communications, enrollment operations, or customer engagement Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing abilities Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams and departments Demonstrated ability to manage processes, systems, and data accurately and efficiently Comfort learning and using databases, CRM systems, and technology platforms Mission Alignment:
