About This Role The Enrollment & Retention Coordinator is a high-impact, patient-facing role at the center of our growth and patient experience. You are the first impression of the practice and the steward of the patient journey—from initial inquiry through enrollment and into long-term membership. This role blends relationship-building, structured follow-up, and real-time data management. What Success Looks Like Leads are responded to quickly, follow-up is consistent, and nothing falls through the cracks. Patients feel heard, guided, and confident in their next steps. You take ownership of the pipeline, maintain accurate tracking, and help drive strong conversions, retention, and a high-quality patient experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients Respond to inquiries promptly and build trust quickly Manage and track all leads through the pipeline in real time Execute consistent follow-up to ensure no missed opportunities Support Discovery and Enrollment conversations Guide patients through next steps with clarity and confidence Coordinate program-to-membership transitions and retention Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting

Qualifications Required:

2+ years in sales, enrollment, patient coordination, or similar role Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with goals, metrics, and accountability

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or functional medicine Experience with CRM/EHR systems (Cerbo, Go High Level, etc.) Experience in high-touch or membership-based service models Work Location & Schedule In-person role in

Fresno, CA Tuesday-Thursday:

7:30 AM - 6:00

PM Friday:
