Five (5)POSITION SUMMARY
You will serve as the first impression to our incoming families and facilitate all aspects of new student enrollment for the district.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities. Utilize critical thinking skills with a growth mindset. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with the ability to handle people in difficult situations and confidential matters both by phone and in person. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and with a sensitivity to language barriers. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable. Fluency in Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Japanese language is a plus. Assists new and returning families with the online enrollment process. Review all online enrollment information to determine completeness and accuracy. Responsible for follow-up with families regarding residency and custody issues. Share information and documentation when applicable with appropriate members of the administrative team. Prepares files for the enrollment process, inputs new student information into district databases, and organizes and forwards all cumulative folders to the appropriate building. Ensures the safety of students by keeping student information confidential. Establishes and maintains cooperative professional relationships. Exhibits professional behavior, emotional stability, and sound judgment. Maintains confidentiality and respect for confidential information at all times.ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee. Remains free of any alcohol and nonprescription controlled substance and abuse of any prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout employment in the district.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
261 days (251 work days and 10 paid holidays); 8 hours per day, excluding lunch; number of days of vacation, holidays, and salary as determined by Negotiated Agreement. Work year to be established by the Board.SALARY:
