As a Wireless Enrollment Specialist , you'll represent AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, device upgrades, and bundled options. In this in-person role, you'll meet customers where they are, learn what they need, and match them with the best AT&T solutions. You'll guide customers through the enrollment process while delivering a smooth, friendly, and professional in-person AT&T experience. What you'll do: Talk with customers in-person about AT&T wireless products and services Recommend AT&T plans, devices, and upgrades based on real needs Process AT&T sales and manage accounts with accuracy Help customers with updates, questions, and basic troubleshooting Keep the in-person AT&T experience simple, helpful, and enjoyable Stay up to date on AT&T promotions and offerings Support team goals and celebrate AT&T wins together What we're looking for: Great communicator who enjoys in-person interactions Comfortable in a fast-paced in-person environment Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Positive attitude and eagerness to learn AT&T products Team player who can keep things fun, focused, and professional Apply Today!
