Sales & Enrollment Specialist (Martial Arts Academy Performance-Based Role)

Full Job Description We are a professional martial arts academy in North Miami Beach looking for a results-driven Sales & Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This is NOT a front desk position. This is a performance-based sales role focused on calling leads, following up consistently, booking trial classes, and closing memberships. If you are confident on the phone, competitive, and motivated by results, this is a strong opportunity with growth potential. What You'll Be Responsible For Call new leads quickly (speed is critical) Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email Book and confirm trial classes Guide prospects through the enrollment process Handle objections and close sales Track all activity in our CRM system Maintain strong conversion rates

Schedule In-person:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM

• 8:00 PM, Saturdays, 9:00PM
• 12:00 PM Must be available to respond to leads during the day (calls/texts when needed) Compensation Base pay: $16
• 20 per hour

Commission:

$50

• 150 per enrollment Monthly performance bonuses available High performers can significantly increase their income through commissions.
