Admissions Advisor

Are you a motivated, people-first sales professional with a knack for connecting with others and guiding them toward life-changing decisions? We're seeking a part-time admissions advisor to join our mission-driven team.

What You'll Do:

Engage with people via phone, email, text and in-person Listen actively to understand individual goals and help them Maintain detailed records and follow up consistently to ensure a seamless experience Hit key benchmarks while delivering a personalized, supportive experience Collaborate with leadership and participate in regular coaching sessions to refine your approach This position is primarily weekdays varying between the hours of 9am and 7pm, approximately 20 hours per week.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of sales or admissions experience A natural communicator who can build rapport quickly Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously Accountable and reliable Comfort receiving and applying constructive feedback Driven, goal-oriented, and aligned with a purpose beyond the paycheck Social Media experience is helpful but not required Why Join Us?
