Intake Specialist Spring Hill, FL 34607 $16

- Full-time Overview Our firm is seeking a full time Intake Specialist with the ability to work on site in any of our three office locations (Crystal River, Spring Hill, Dunnellon).
Responsibilities Include:
Answer incoming inquiries Screen potential clients Gather preliminary case information Determine fit for firm services Schedule consultations Maintain intake records Enter information into CRM Follow up with prospective clients Track lead sources Maintain intake statistics Coordinate handoff to consultation process Ensure prompt response to inquiries Qualifications Ability to work 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and multi-task Great attitude and willingness to help Previous customer service or sales experience preferred CRM and case management software experience preferred Employment with the Keith Taylor Law Group offers rewarding long-term career opportunities, competitive compensation and benefits, and an outstanding work environment.
