This is NOT just an admin job. This role is for someone who can connect, follow up, and convert leads into members , while keeping everything organized behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Answering incoming calls and turning inquiries into enrollments Making outbound calls (follow-ups, leads, past inquiries) Responding to emails and social media messages quickly and professionally Managing customer accounts and enrollment info Tracking leads and staying consistent with follow-up Supporting daily admin tasks (documents, CRM updates, scheduling) Attending weekly team trainings

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable on the phone (this is BIG) Confident speaking with parents and building trust Motivated by hitting goals and helping people say "yes" Organized and detail-oriented Fast learner and coachable Positive, energetic, and professional

Requirements:
