HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT TMH

Physician Partners is looking for a Payor Enrollment Specialist to join our growing medical group. Position Summary Responsible for managing provider and facility enrollment with a strong focus on government payers (Medicare/Medicaid) , roster submissions , and accurate tracking and data management to support timely onboarding. Key Responsibilities Submit and manage facility and provider enrollments with government and commercial payers Complete and maintain payer roster submissions in alignment with contract requirements Track application status, follow up with payers, and ensure timely approvals Maintain accurate provider data across systems and payer portals Support high-volume onboarding through strong organization and follow-through

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Qualifications High School Diploma required Minimum 2 years of payor enrollment or credentialing experience Proven experience with facility enrollments and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid) Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and data management

Required Experience:

One (1) year of payer enrollment or provider credentialling experience Excellent written and oral communication skills. Computer skills. Web-based products proficiency. Preferred Knowledge of delegated contracts and commercial payer submission Experience with payer portals and systems Revenue cycle knowledge for recognition of down stream impact

Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) credential(s) from the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).
