You'll focus on consumer acquisition and sales campaigns, introducing our clients to AT&T Fiber. This role is your starting point in sales, where you'll track your sales activity and close enrollments. As a Client Enrollment Specialist, you will boost sales by educating our clients on the benefits of AT&T Fiber, encouraging them to enroll in a faster, more reliable connection. The client Enrollment Specialist's sales approach will make the enrollment process effortless, while their sales expertise ensures clients embrace AT&T Fiber as their premium choice. Why the Client Enrollment Specialist Role Matters You're the person who treats every enrollment like it matters, because it does . Every client who switches to AT&T Fiber is a client with faster speeds and better connectivity. This is the client Enrollment Specialist's way of upgrading our clients' digital lives. Responsibilities of the Client Enrollment Specialist Educate clients on the benefits of AT&T Fiber, such as lightning-fast speeds and reliability, to drive enrollment through in-person conversations. Tailor sales conversations to each client's unique needs, ensuring they enroll in the right AT&T Fiber plan for their needs. Address objections with confidence, clarifying how AT&T's superior performance justifies the switch from other networks. Simplify the enrollment process by walking clients through AT&T Fiber's easy sign-up steps, removing barriers to sales success. Highlight exclusive offers, such as promotional pricing or bundled services, to encourage immediate enrollment and close sales. Provide post-enrollment support to address any concerns, ensuring clients feel confident in their decision to switch to AT&T Fiber. Qualifications of a Client Enrollment Specialist Experience in enrollment, sales, or client service is a plus, but not essential. Dependable and consistent in managing daily enrollment activity and follow-ups. Ability to understand AT&T Fiber offerings and explain them in a client-friendly way.
