As we continue to grow, we are seeking highly motivated Student Recruitment Specialists to help connect future students with life-changing career opportunities. ⸻ Position Summary The Student Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for generating student leads, conducting outreach, attending community events, building partnerships, and helping prospective students enroll in our programs. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with individuals from all backgrounds. ⸻ Responsibilities Lead Generation Generate qualified student leads Conduct outreach through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media Follow up with prospective students Schedule appointments and campus visits Community Outreach Attend job fairs Attend career fairs Visit high schools Visit community centers Visit churches and nonprofit organizations Participate in local events and networking opportunities Student Enrollment Support Explain program benefits Discuss payment options and financial assistance plans Guide students through the enrollment process Maintain accurate lead records Partnership Development Build relationships with: High schools Workforce development programs Community organizations Employers Government agencies Veteran organizations Marketing Support Distribute flyers and brochures Promote events Assist with open houses Represent the school professionally at all times ⸻ Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Excellent communication skills Strong customer service skills Professional appearance Reliable transportation Ability to work independently Preferred 2+ years sales experience 2+ years recruiting experience Admissions experience Student recruitment experience Community outreach experience Marketing experience Trade school or workforce development experience ⸻ Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: ✔ Loves helping people ✔ Can build relationships quickly ✔ Is comfortable speaking to groups ✔ Is organized and self-motivated ✔ Can work with minimal supervision ✔ Has a positive attitude ✔ Is goal-oriented ✔ Wants to help change lives ⸻ Performance Expectations Recruiters will be expected to: Generate new student leads weekly Maintain regular follow-up communication Attend scheduled recruiting events Meet monthly enrollment goals Accurately track lead activity ⸻ Compensation Opportunities Base Pay Competitive hourly or salary compensation based on experience.
