Enrollment And Billing Specialist (Must Reside Hilo, HI)

Enrollment & Billing Specialist 📍 Kea'au, HI We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Enrollment & Billing Specialist to support members and employer groups by resolving enrollment, eligibility, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and performance standards. What You'll Do Resolve enrollment, eligibility, and billing inquiries from members, employer groups, and third-party administrators via phone, email, and written correspondence Research issues and collaborate with internal teams to identify effective solutions Accurately update and maintain member records Communicate with external partners that provide services to members Educate members and employer groups on enrollment, billing, and payment processes Support enrollment and billing reconciliation activities by identifying discrepancies and assisting with timely resolution Perform quality assurance audits and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Assist with daily enrollment functions, including enrollments, disenrollments, and member maintenance Complete additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Associate's degree and at least one year of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities Working knowledge of general office practices and procedures Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Why This Role This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and making a direct impact on customer experience in a structured, professional environment.
