We are currently seeking a BI Specialist to join our Iowa Clinical Department . As a BI Specialist , you'll work directly with individuals to assess their needs, develop personalized care plans, and connect them with essential services and supports. Key Responsibilities Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities. Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures. Maintains confidentiality as related to patient information. Any disclosures of confidential information made unlawfully outside the proper course of duty will be treated as a serious disciplinary offence. Follows the Acceptable Use Policy while using any information systems owned or controlled by CareStar. Conduct assessments and documentation related to behavioral/intellectual functioning, support needs, and related service planning. Gather information from members, caregivers, providers, and collateral contacts as appropriate. Accurately enter and maintain assessment data in required systems. Identify risks, service needs, and referral concerns, and communicate them appropriately. Participate in quality assurance reviews, training, and performance improvement activities. Minimum Qualifications Current and active license as a Licensed Psychologist, Neuropsych, or Rehab Specialist. Experience with developmental disability services, behavioral supports, or assessment work preferred. Effective organizational, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Effective computer skills with familiarity with suite of Microsoft Office programs. Reliable transportation to travel within assigned region as business requires. Valid driver's license and car insurance as required by State law. Why Join CareStar?
