Student Enrollment Specialist

Student Enrollment Specialist The ideal candidate will leverage proven sales skills to recruit adult students to our trade school. You will initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective, current, and graduated students while working with a diverse population.

Must-have qualities:

5+ years of direct sales experience required; B2C or consultative sales background strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed enrollment or sales targets Strong closing skills — comfortable guiding prospects from initial interest to committed enrollment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly Relationship management — ability to nurture a pipeline of prospects over weeks or months Energetic, outgoing personality with a drive to hit goals Spanish speaker a plus Duties include: Contacting and qualifying new leads, scheduling and conducting informational tours, managing a prospect pipeline, processing student enrollment, and maintaining communication with students and instructors. This is a full-time, in-person position: 8:30am - 5:30pm Base salary plus performance-based monthly bonuses
