Job Description

  • Adecco is recruiting a full-time temporary Eligibility Specialist to work in a government office in downtown Topeka. This position starts immediately and will end in about 60 days.
  • Work Schedule:
    M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Hourly Pay:
    $22.00-$24.00 Depending on skills and experience
  • This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
  • + Research, develop, and implementation of a best practice guide for people with mental illness + Or ID/DD seeking long-term care. + Respond timely to requests for technical assistance regarding individual cases and refer to appropriate staff, other State Departments, and/or community-based services + Develop and implement a tracking strategy for documenting the services provided
  • Requirements and ideal experience:
  • + Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field preferred + Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities + Flexibility to creatively adapt to ever-changing circumstances and events + Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality + Familiarity with data tracking + Knowledge of nursing facilities, private sector resources, and federal, state and local government structures is helpful + Intermediate to advanced computer skills required (especially Excel) + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Strong ability to synthesize information + Strong interpersonal skills + Excellent organizational skills •to this Eligibility Specialist position located in Topeka, KS!
  • Pay Details:
  • $22.
