Client Enrollment Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated Client Enrollment Specialist to join our expanding team in enrollment solutions and enrollment-focused client support. In this role, you will support clients through every stage of the enrollment process, helping them understand service options, guiding decisions, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing as a Client Enrollment Specialist Helping clients understand wireless services and solutions in a clear, approachable way to support informed sales decisions Assisting individuals in selecting suitable plans and completing the enrollment process smoothly Communicating promotions, product updates, and sales benefits in an engaging and persuasive manner Processing enrollment forms and service requests with accuracy and strong attention to detail while maintaining compliance standards Maintaining organized records of client interactions and staying updated on new offerings, technologies, and sales information Who We're Looking For Prior experience in client service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to explain information simply Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working toward performance goals Problem-solvers who focus on client needs and satisfaction Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage tasks efficiently A high school diploma or equivalent is required Reliable transportation is preferred

Pay:

$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
