Job Description

Lindsey Wilson University is hiring a Graduate Admissions Specialist & Designated School Official (DSO) to support domestic and international graduate students from inquiry through enrollment. This role includes admissions processing, student communication, transcript evaluation, and immigration compliance (SEVIS/SEVP). Key Responsibilities Communicate with prospective students via phone and email Process graduate applications from inquiry to admission Evaluate transcripts and admissions documents Maintain accurate applicant and student records Ensure compliance with admissions policies and procedures Serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) : Maintain SEVIS records Ensure SEVP compliance Issue immigration documents Provide immigration advice. Support admissions leadership and assist with special projects Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities Professional and detail-oriented
Required:
U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
Preferred:
Experience in higher education admissions or international student services Familiarity with
SEVIS/SEVP
Experience with Terra Dotta or other similar CRM platforms.
