In this highly specialized, contract-to-hire role, you will take ownership of the enrollment lifecycle, managing Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) configurations and electronic claims setup. Complete thorough, time-sensitive registration and electronic transaction enrollment workflows. Generate, monitor, and follow up on EDI agreements to ensure specific compliance and implementation deadlines are met. Audit, investigate, and resolve enrollment denials, transaction errors, and related payer correspondence. Manage user access, set permissions, and configure workgroups within clearinghouse platforms via internal ticketing systems. Maintain flawless, up-to-date documentation of all accounts and profiles throughout the onboarding process.
Requirements:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent educational credential. Proven, direct experience handling EDI enrollment processes, electronic remittances, and medical claims systems. High technical proficiency navigating clearinghouse software (e.g., Availity, Waystar, etc.) ; specialized experience utilizing Waystar to set up, monitor, and configure workgroups is highly preferred. Advanced administrative and computer capability, particularly utilizing Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside strong numerical aptitude and analytical troubleshooting abilities. Must clear standard pre-employment onboarding screening packages prior to starting the assignment.
