Job Description

Prime Citadel is seeking a Customer Enrollment Representative to help individuals and families learn about and enroll in Kinetic Fiber services. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions about available internet solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process from start to finish. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll focus on creating a positive customer experience by understanding each customer's connectivity needs and helping them find services that fit their household and lifestyle. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing solutions, and making the enrollment process simple and stress-free. Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative Assist customers in learning about available Kinetic Fiber internet services and enrollment options. Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring all information is completed accurately and efficiently. Answer questions regarding internet speeds, service availability, installation timelines, and account setup. Maintain accurate customer records and enrollment documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. Resolve customer concerns and provide support throughout the enrollment process. Build positive relationships with customers by delivering friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service. Contribute to team goals by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and enrollment accuracy. Qualifications of the Customer Enrollment Representative High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer support while maintaining accuracy.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
