Job Description

Crestpoint Advisory is hiring a full-time Customer Enrollment Associate to join our growing Verizon Fios campaign. If you enjoy connecting with people, learning new skills, and helping customers find the right home internet and entertainment solutions, this is the perfect opportunity to start building your career. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll develop valuable communication and sales skills while working alongside an experienced team. The Customer Enrollment Associate plays an important role in helping customers understand Verizon Fios plans, answering questions, and making the enrollment process simple and stress-free. Responsibilities of the
Customer Enrollment Associate:
Have face-to-face meetings with customers to introduce Verizon Fios products. Guide customers through available Verizon Fios plans and assist with the enrollment process from start to finish. As a Customer Enrollment Associate, explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service availability in a clear and professional manner. Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service. Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure a smooth enrollment experience and continued satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
