The Client Enrollment Associate combines sales expertise with a personal approach to explain fiber-optic advantages, compare plans, and guide clients through enrollment. As a Client Enrollment Associate, you will start with an immersive training experience that focuses on the unmatched quality of Verizon FiOS. We train you to lead sales discussions that translate high-speed technology into simple explanations. The Client Enrollment Associate will then master the enrollment process, learning how to walk clients through their options without using confusing tech talk. Role Responsibilities for a Client Enrollment Associate Guide clients through simple Verizon FiOS enrollment steps, creating natural openings for consultative sales conversations about faster home internet and TV. Help clients enroll with confidence by explaining FiOS benefits in everyday language, making sales discussions helpful. Walk clients through seamless enrollment paperwork with patience, reinforcing sales messages about fiber reliability and entertainment value. Support clients from initial interest to completed enrollment, building trust that opens doors to future sales opportunities for FiOS upgrades. Maintain accurate enrollment records and thoughtful follow-ups, enabling smooth experiences that strengthen loyalty and support sustainable sales growth. Keep every enrollment interaction clear, ensuring FiOS conversations are supportive while advancing sales goals for connectivity.
