Starting a new service shouldn't be confusing. The Customer Enrollment Representative helps make the process simple, straightforward, and stress-free for every customer. Emerald Path Consulting is hiring a full-time Customer Enrollment Representative to support Verizon FiOS enrollment initiatives throughout the Braintree area. This Customer Enrollment Representative opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and guiding customers through important decisions while developing valuable sales skills along the way. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll work directly with residential customers, helping them understand available Verizon FiOS services, complete enrollments accurately, and move through the process with confidence. Every Customer Enrollment Representative plays an important role in creating positive customer experiences while contributing to overall sales growth and campaign success. How You'll Make an Impact as a Customer Enrollment Representative Meet directly with homeowners to discuss Verizon FiOS services and available enrollment options Guide customers through service selections, enrollment paperwork, and activation requirements Answer questions related to pricing, features, installation timelines, and available promotions Support sales objectives by helping customers confidently move forward with service enrollments Maintain accurate enrollment information and ensure documentation is completed properly Track customer interactions, completed enrollments, and individual sales performance Build trust through professional communication and attention to detail Work alongside fellow Customer Enrollment Representative team members to support campaign consistency and sales goals What Success Looks Like as a Customer Enrollment Representative Creating a smooth and positive enrollment experience for every customer Maintaining organization while managing multiple customer interactions Developing strong communication and customer service skills Supporting sales growth through accurate and efficient enrollments Building confidence when guiding customers through important decisions Consistently improving performance through coaching, feedback, and hands-on experience This Customer Enrollment Representative Role Could Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy helping people complete important processes and decisions Are detail-oriented and comfortable staying organized Have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, enrollment, or sales Communicate clearly and professionally with a variety of people Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly alike Are motivated to learn, improve, and build long-term professional skills
