From enrollment to troubleshooting, your role will be key in ensuring clients experience the power of Verizon seamlessly. Responsibilities of the
Verizon Representative:
Assist customers in understanding the benefits and features of Verizon products and services during the enrollment process Guide clients through the entire enrollment process, ensuring they have the information needed to make informed decisions Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting during enrollment and ongoing service use, resolving issues related to Verizon Meet or exceed sales and enrollment targets by promoting Verizon services and upselling additional products where appropriate Ensure all enrollment forms and data are accurate and compliant with company standards and regulations Follow up with customers after enrollment to ensure satisfaction and provide any additional support needed Educate customers on how to get the most out of their Verizon services, offering tips and troubleshooting advice Collaborate with the Verizon Representative team to stay up-to-date on product updates, new technologies, and changes in the enrollment process Requirements for the
