Outreach Specialist

Job Summary Our client is seeking a dynamic Outreach Specialist with a strong background in healthcare phone-based roles. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, making outbound calls, and working collaboratively with a team to achieve specified targets. The focus is on enrolling clients in care plans effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 550 auto dialer calls per month for cold calling. Complete 850 tasks per month as a team. Ensure 90% quality assurance reviews. Achieve a 30% or higher conversion rate by enrolling clients in care plans. Qualifications CM background preferred. Problem solver, quick on their feet. Team player open to changes. LPN background preferred. Carrier and Phlebotomy or MA backgrounds preferred. Willingness to be on the phones is a must. Experience 3-5 years working in a healthcare phone-based role. Skills Proficiency in healthcare-related communication and customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
