The Liability Specialist is an entry-level role that supports the early stages of personal injury cases by helping gather information and organize details needed to move each case forward. This role works closely with a small team of attorneys to help keep cases on track through the investigation process. This is a fast-paced, detail-focused position that involves communicating with others, staying organized, and managing multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and enjoys helping others. They communicate clearly, stay on top of their work, and are eager to learn and grow in a legal setting.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to gather information and move cases forward Research and verify contact information for involved parties Support early case work, including drafting and sending letters of representation Communicate with insurance carriers to open claims and collect details Request, track, and organize case documents (police reports, statements, etc.) Follow up with third parties to ensure timely receipt of recordsEmployee Perks:
