Online & Graduate Enrollment Maryville University | St. Louis, Missouri Full- Time Staff Position Help Students Take the Next Step Toward Their Future At Maryville University, we believe education has the power to transform lives. We're seeking an organized, service-oriented, and relationship-focused professional to join our Online and Graduate Enrollment team as an Enrollment Coordinator . In this role, you'll play a key part in helping prospective students navigate the enrollment journey—from their first inquiry through onboarding and orientation. You'll work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering an exceptional student experience while helping future learners achieve their academic and professional goals. Whether you're beginning your career in higher education, student services, enrollment, or customer success, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing valuable skills in recruitment, operations, and student engagement. What You'll Do As the Enrollment Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted resource for prospective and newly admitted students while supporting the day-to-day operations that help our enrollment team succeed. Student Recruitment & Engagement Support recruitment efforts for online and campus-based graduate programs. Guide prospective students through each stage of the enrollment process with clear, timely, and personalized communication. Answer questions and provide accurate information about programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment processes. Build positive relationships with students and help them feel confident in their decision to pursue their education at Maryville. Student Support & Onboarding Assist newly admitted students with next steps, including registration, orientation, financial aid, and other onboarding activities. Partner with Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Success, and Advising teams to help students overcome barriers and stay on track toward enrollment. Advocate for students by connecting them with resources and helping resolve concerns throughout their enrollment journey. Operations & Enrollment Support Maintain accurate student records and communications within the CRM system. Monitor application progress and proactively follow up regarding missing documents or requirements. Support enrollment reporting, data tracking, and administrative processes that help the team meet enrollment goals. Ensure a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail across all enrollment-related activities. Events & Special Projects Coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and engagement initiatives for prospective students. Assist with projects designed to enhance recruitment strategies, onboarding experiences, and student engagement efforts. Supervise and support student employees by providing training, overseeing projects, and providing progress updates. Qualifications Required Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to learn and effectively utilize CRM and student information systems. Preferred Experience Experience in customer service, higher education, admissions, enrollment, student services, or administrative support is preferred but not required. Familiarity with online education, graduate programs, or the student lifecycle is a plus. Education Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$45,000-$56,000 annually Actual compensation will be commensurate with education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
