CPI Strategies, a sales and development firm, is scaling its sales operations in Jackson and needs a Customer Enrollment Representative who can make AT&T Fiber sound so good. The Customer Enrollment Representative will be the supportive friend who helps customers see that AT&T Fiber is the upgrade they didn't know they needed but absolutely deserve. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you're the cool neighbor with the hookup, and that hookup is AT&T Fiber. The Customer Enrollment Representative will engage customers in person, uncover their pain points, and offer a solution that actually works. And when you see that lightbulb moment on their face, you'll know this isn't just sales; it's a service. Every Customer Enrollment Representative contributes to overall sales growth by helping customers make informed enrollment decisions. Core Functions of the Customer Enrollment Representative Connect with customers in person to highlight how AT&T Fiber transforms streaming, online learning, and family connectivity into effortless experiences. Recommend speed tiers tailored to each customer's digital needs, positioning Fiber as the solution for heavy-usage and multi-device customers. Simplify the in-person sales and enrollment process by walking customers through plan options and activation steps with clarity and reassurance. Reinforce trust by clarifying AT&T Fiber's reliability, whole-home coverage, and superior performance compared to traditional internet. Position sales promotions and bundles as added incentives during meaningful discussions to encourage timely sign-ups. Guide hesitant customers with patience, turning questions into confident enrollment decisions that build loyalty. Support customer acquisition efforts while developing professionally as a Customer Enrollment Representative.
