Position Overview
Quality Innovation is submitting a proposal for Verifying Officials (VOs) to support Fort Bragg ID Card Services operations. VOs are responsible for providing professional, accurate, and secure identity verification and credentialing services to Soldiers, retirees, family members, Department of Defense civilians, contractors, and other authorized beneficiaries.
This position supports mission-critical operations through CAC issuance, USID card issuance, DEERS updates, PIN resets, eligibility verification, appointment support, and customer service activities. Key Responsibilities
Verify customer identity and eligibility for benefits and services.
Issue Common Access Cards (CACs) and Uniformed Services Identification (USID) cards.
Update DEERS records and process personnel data changes.
Perform PIN resets and customer account support.
Review and validate source documents and support identification.
Assist customers with appointments and walk-in services.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Protect sensitive information and Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Comply with all RAPIDS, DEERS, Army, and DoD policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications
Customer service, administrative support, records management, credentialing, or military support experience.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to learn RAPIDS and DEERS procedures.
Ability to obtain and maintain required Government certifications and system access.
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications.
