Job Description

The University of Mount Olive is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and student-focused individual to serve as an Online AdmissionsRepresentative within UMO Online. This full-time position supports prospective online students through admissions processing, enrollmentsupport, and student records management while contributing to student success and departmental growth.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Build and maintain relationships with partners to support the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students Guide prospective students through the admissions process and ensure a high level of service and engagement Ensureapplication files are complete, including required documentation, curriculum evaluations, and transfer credit review Admitstudents according to institutional guidelines and confirm first-term payment arrangements Maintain accurate and compliantstudent records within institutional systems Assist with processing, organizing, and securely managing transcripts and studentdocumentation Assist with identifying and resolving incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent student records Provideoutreach and communication support via phone, email, and messaging platforms Represent the university at recruitment andadmission events to promote programs, generate leads, and build relationships with students, parents, schools, and partners. Participate in training, meetings, and other duties as assigned to support UMO Online operations MinimumQualifications Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications Experience with databases, CRM systems, or electronic records management (e.g., SLATE, Jenzabar, PowerCampus) Strongorganizational, time management, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy whilehandling confidential Information The University of Mount Olive requires candidates to be legally authorized to workin the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
