Qualifications

Front desk knowledge and insurance experience required as well as the ability to work afternoons and evenings, approx
Must have an outgoing personality mixed with professionalism and organization
We are seeking an individual who is personable and naturally friendly, bright and inquisitive and an excellent communicator
Experience with insurance verification and authorizations
Proficient computer and typing skills and software knowledge
Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
Will embrace inbound and outbound calling
Able to work independently and take initiative
Must be able to manage time efficiently
Requires the ability to multitask
High school or equivalent (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Computer skills: 1 year (Required)
