Lead Admissions Specialist - Full Time - Day

The Lead Admissions Specialist assesses all patients through interviews with patients and/or their families, gathering clinical information for physicians. Discuss treatment plan recommendations. In the manager's absence, functions as the responsible party for that shift in the department.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a psychiatric or substance abuse facility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Previous experience as an NJ screener or in admissions.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
