Ideal candidate has experience with admissions, insurance authorizations and great customer services with families and case managers. After training, one day a week in the office and weekend coverage from home is needed. PRN coverage during the week may be available additionally. This person will work closely with our director, hospital case workers, business office, Administrator and Nursing to help bring in residents needing our specialty services and assisting in seeing that we are meeting and exceeding our regulatory requirements for census. This individual should have a great customer services skill set and background as well as knowledge of the skilled nursing facility settings and services. This position may also regularly liaison with resident families throughout their stay with us to make sure all needs and expectations are met. The Suites Rio Vista is an Eduro Healthcare LLC facility, conveniently located directly across the street from Rust Medical Center and on the border of both Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Built in 2015 we have a beautiful 132 bed facility for both skilled and long term care.
