Enrollment Associate:

Meet with customers to introduce and explain Kinetic fiber internet packages through direct sales interactions. Provide customer-facing demonstrations that simplify fiber internet features and benefits. Assist with enrollment conversations, guiding customers through the full enrollment experience. Drive sales by helping customers select the right internet solutions and complete enrollments accurately. Offer basic support and answer questions related to fiber internet upgrades and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollment activity, and completed enrollments. Contribute to weekly sales performance goals, team targets, and enrollment benchmarks. Stay familiar with ongoing promotions, network expansions, fiber internet updates, and sales strategies.
