Job Description

Trinity Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Customer Enrollment Representative to support customer outreach and enrollment initiatives for Verizon services throughout the local area. As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you will work directly with customers to provide information about Verizon Fios and Verizon 5G services, answer questions, and assist with account enrollment and service setup. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences. At Trinity Solutions, Inc., we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help team members develop valuable skills in customer engagement, account support, communication, and professional development. Previous experience is helpful but not required. Core Functions of the Customer Enrollment Representative Meet with customers to provide information regarding Verizon Fios, Verizon 5G, and available connectivity solutions Assist customers with account enrollment, service options, and general inquiries Help customers understand available plans, features, and service benefits based on their individual needs Explain products and services in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner Support customers throughout the enrollment and onboarding process Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Follow up with customers as needed to ensure a positive experience and provide additional assistance Collaborate with team members to support daily customer engagement initiatives Stay informed on Verizon products, services, and promotional offerings Represent Trinity Solutions and Verizon professionally during all customer interactions Preferred Skills for a Customer Enrollment Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy Strong problem-solving and active listening skills Ability to work independently and within a team setting Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related fields is helpful but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred If you're looking for an opportunity to gain professional experience, develop communication and customer support skills, and work with a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
